40 years ago today, Hank Aaron passed Babe Ruth on the All-Time Home Run List by blasting #715 into left center of Atlanta-Fulton County Stadium. As Aaron inched closer to The Babe's record he stated, "I don't want them to forget about Ruth. I just want them to remember me." Aaron finished his career with 755 home runs, which many baseball fans still consider to be the Major League record.
